Inspired by a passage in Issac Asimov's book O universo [The universe] (1972) titled “Agonizing Stars,” this sculpture transforms itself into thorns in the presence of lead. The density of the metal and its uncertain cartographies introduce a sensation of controlled danger — as if the dream condensed into threatening matter.
