Inspired by the poetry of Olga Savary and the writings of Leda Maria Martins, “My chest-island risks a kiss across two million years” is a sculpture that narrates the story of two suspended islands — between sky and dream, between past and future — that remain anchored to their own axes, attempting to touch for millions of years like celestial bodies in orbit, moving constantly, yet never coinciding.
