“Propulsive Plumb” is part of a group of sculptures that integrate my investigation into the fictionalization of time through sky and dream, strongly inspired by the concept of "spiral time" proposed by Leda Maria Martins in her book Performances do tempo espiralar, poéticas do corpo-tela [Spiral Time Performances, Canvas-Body Poetics] (2021). It works as a spiraling cartography of celestial, dreamt and imagined spaces, acting like a poetic compass that points toward multiple pathways through its metallic cartographies.
